Founder Story

Frances is a Soldier for Life. She served in the US Army on active and reserve status for three decades as a senior NCO(E-7) and Officer (MAJ) in the Army Nurse Corps. At WalterReed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC/Bethesda, and other assignments, she cared for America's Wounded Warriors, servicemen and women, Veterans, and their family members. 

Frances has seen firsthand the physical and emotional toll of service and

 the power of storytelling, community and cannabis in the healing process .

As a screenwriter, producer, and founder of Squeaky Reel Productions, she’s dedicated to bringing visibility to 

Veterans’ stories and creating pathways for their voices to be heard. With a Master’s in Producing from American University and a heart for service, she launched Pop Smoke™ and Reeboot™ as more than brands they’re a mission to 

inspire pride, spark wellness, and give back to those who’ve served.
